For Besan Burfi- Besan ( gram flour ) – 2 cup Salt- 1 Small tsp Turmeric- 1 small tsp paste of green chili, garlic, ginger and mustard seeds. oil for fry. For gravy- Tomato- 2 Chilli Powder – 1 spoon Tumeric – 1/2 spoon Salt to Taste Coriander Powder – 1 spoon Cumin Seeds – 1/2 spoon Paste of green chili, garlic, ginger and mustard seeds.
For Burfi Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients (except the oil) for burfi with enough water . Cook this in pan still besan become thick. Spread it in a flat plate. Allow to cool and cut in a square shape burfi . Fry it in oil till light golden brown. Set aside. For Gravy Take a kadai. Now heat the oil in the kadai, temper cumin , chili and musturd seeds. Now add onion, chili garlic and musturd paste.cook till the it leaves oil. Add some water and when it starts boiling add the burfi to the gravy and simmer. Let the gravy for half hour before serving. Serve hot with rice or roti .
